| The large, open kitchen features granite counters with a large eating/serving bar that adjoins the great room and bar. Upgraded appliances include a gas stove top, double ovens, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, trash masher, and garbage disposal. Adjoining the kitchen is a dinette area useful for a quick bite, breakfast or additional seating space for the adjacent dining room. To make cooking more enjoyable, you can see the lake from anywhere in the kitchen! Outside the dinette door is a deck with a 48" gas BBQ grill (with rotisserie) under an awning for all-weather grilling. There is an extra refrigerator in the laundry room for storing food or drinks.

The spacious dining room is adjacent to the kitchen/dinette area, has a cathedral ceiling and overlooks the lake through a wall of glass doors. The space is large enough for a very large dining room table. The end of the dining room contains a small sitting area and gas fireplace. Through the glass doors, a spacious deck spreads across the front of the house overlooking the lake. In addition to seating and sunbathing areas, the deck has enough room to seat many people for outdoor dining.
